MY STORY
I've been
where you are.
I am a Certified Professional Coach with a deep commitment to helping ambitious women grow into the fullest expression of who they are and lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
With over a decade of experience leading, developing, and coaching professionals, I understand both the external demands of leadership and the internal experiences that often accompany success. Before becoming a coach, I was a high-achieving professional who looked like she had it all together. I climbed, achieved, and delivered, yet somewhere along the way, I lost myself. I know firsthand what it feels like to navigate self-doubt, burnout, perfectionism, and the pressure to perform while quietly questioning your voice, your direction, and your worth.
Eventually, I reached a point where I had to step away to pause, reset, and reevaluate not just my career, but how I was showing up in my life. That moment changed everything. It forced me to confront the patterns so many high-achieving women carry, including overextension, self-doubt, and the pressure to hold it all together. Today, that lived experience shapes how I support my clients in breaking those patterns and succeeding without losing themselves in the process.
As a coach, I don't believe you need to be fixed. You need support in realigning with who you already are.
